Aparthotel Stare Miasto

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room I was assigned was located in the attic, and it had very low ceilings. The pictures I had seen online were quite misleading, as they showed amenities like a hot tub and a view that were non-existent in the attic room. Moreover, the cleaning service left much to be desired. On the first night, they made up the room but didn't clean anything beyond changing the towels and making the bed. On the second night, it appeared as if they had just hastily made the bed without any attention to detail. I must say that the staff at the reception were pleasant, and I did feel safe in the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient. However, overall, it did not live up to its claimed four-star status. Given the lack of basic amenities and the disappointing room conditions, I felt that it was overpriced for the experience. It definitely did not exude the sense of luxury that one would expect from a four-star hotel.
